We charge a flat fee of £2.99 for all orders. This is our standard delivery service and you should receive your order within 3-5 working days.

Unfortunately we are currently unable to process online orders to customers requiring delivery outside of the United Kingdom (mainland UK addresses only).

Returns

How do I return an item?

Due to the nature of the product, refunds or exchanges are not possible unless the item is faulty.

If you need to return a faulty item, please contact our customer service team on 01608 684 901 or email jenny@cotswoldfudgeco.co.uk

We will then give you instructions on how best to send the item back to us or we will arrange for it to be collected. Once the item has been returned (in its original packaging) and has been deemed faulty, we will either send you a replacement item or issue a full refund to you including the original delivery fee within 30 days.
