Shipping and Returns
We charge a flat fee of £2.99 for all orders. This is our standard delivery service and you should receive your order within 3-5 working days. You can choose our premium delivery service charged at a flat rate of £5.00 and provided you order before midday, you should receive your order on the next working day. Orders placed after midday will be despatched the following day on a next day service.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to process online orders to customers requiring delivery outside of the United Kingdom (mainland UK addresses only). If you require delivery outside the UK mainland please call our sales team on +44 (0)1608 684 901 or send an email with the details of what you’d like to order and we can complete the order for you. Payment will be required via bank transfer and we would dispatch the order to you on receipt of the funds showing in our account.
How do I return an item?
Due to the nature of the product, refunds or exchanges are not possible unless the item is faulty.
If you need to return a faulty item, please contact our customer service team on 01608 684 901 or email email@example.com
We will then give you instructions on how best to send the item back to us or we will arrange for it to be collected. Once the item has been returned (in its original packaging) and has been deemed faulty, we will either send you a replacement item or issue a full refund to you including the original delivery fee within 30 days.
